Service Description

If you are facing a difficult decision, internal conflict or working through an issue with a family member, co-worker or other significant person in your life and need some communication guidance or tips, this may be the session for you. I can help you sort through your challenges using a strengths-based approach to problem solving. Using your own strengths, I help you channel your own problem-solving power using evidence based approaches such as non-violent communication and BIFF, among other strategies. You will learn about your communication and conflict management style and you will leave these sessions with confidence in effective communication and problem solving. The fees for this service may be covered under private or group health insurance plans that include social work services, including NIHB. This service is also available on a sliding-scale for those with fixed or limited incomes. Book your free consultation to find out if you qualify for sliding-scale fees.
